We currently do not accept returns on our cosmetic products. 

Mistakes happen. If you have received the wrong item, please email contact@richbridecosmetics.com. Keep what you have and we will send what you need. 

Refunds will be considered for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 24 hours at contact@richbridecosmetics.com. Please provide your order number, photos of the damaged/defective item, and save all packaging and items for inspection.
